Remind your customers when it’s time to repurchase consumables.
There is nothing wrong with reminding your customers to repurchase. If you sell consumables then it is a great idea to setup automated reminder emails to be sent to your customers when they will be ready to repurchase.
To do:
- Add a date field to your Mailchimp list.
- Into this field insert the last purchase date.
- Setup an automation to send based on the date in the field you created (e.g. set to send 6 months after the purchase date in the list). The email content should have a button linking to where the product may be repurchased.
Note: If you have your Shopify, WooCommerce, LemonStand, BigCommerce, Magento or other online store connected with Mailchimp e-commerce then use the Follow up on purchases Automation Email.
