Send email campaigns to encourage repeat purchasing.
Email marketing is great for getting repeat business. Often people don’t repurchase for no other reason than they don’t remember that your organisation exists. By reminding people about the products and services you provide, you increase the chance of past customers buying once again from you.
To do:
- Add a date field to your list. In this date field enter the last date that the contact purchased from you.
- Create a date based Automation. Setup an email message encouraging a repeat purchase to send a month after the purchase date in your list.
