Did you know that it’s possible in Mailchimp to see which of your contacts clicked each hyperlink in your email marketing campaign? If a subscriber clicks a link then they are likely interested in that product, service or topic.
Mailchimp instructions to identify who clicked each link
Time needed: 5 minutes
Follow the instructions below to identify which of your contacts clicked each individual hyperlink in your email marketing campaigns.
- View your campaign report
Once logged in to Mailchimp, click “Reports” (in the main horizontal menu) and then click the “View Report” button to the right side of the campaign name for which you want to view click information.
- View the Campaign click performance
To view the hyperlinks (click performance) in your email campaign click “Links” then make sure that “Click Performance” is selected.
- View Contacts that clicked each link
To view each contact that clicked each specific link click the number under the “Unique Clicks” heading that corresponds to a link.
You now see the details for contacts that clicked that link. In addition you may export as CSV if required.
