I work as a casual academic in universities such as the University of Southern Queensland and the Hotel School at Southern Cross University. My areas of specialty are module development and lecturing in undergraduate and postgraduate business and information technology/systems courses. With more than 25 years of consulting and training experience across government, corporate, and non-profit sectors, including collaborations with globally recognized brands, I bring a strategic, research-driven approach to business tasks. Based in Brisbane, Australia, I have delivered over 110 training classes to corporate and public audiences and advised organisations worldwide on marketing, digital strategy, and process improvement.
My expertise has been featured in radio broadcasts and various media outlets, and my research, both qualitative and quantitative, has appeared in leading peer-reviewed academic journals. I serve as a reviewer for respected publications in business and management and lecture at university on business, technology, and digital innovation.
Holding a Ph.D. in marketing and digitisation, along with an M.B.A., I integrate academic rigor, practical insights, and industry best practices to drive meaningful outcomes for clients.
