It is very simple to automatically have your Xero contacts added as Mailchimp subscribers.
Integrating the various software you use to automatically add your contacts to Mailchimp saves alot of time. Xero is a popular accounting software platform; it makes sense that as you add new contacts to Xero, they are automatically added to your Mailchimp list. You can then easily market to your existing customers.
- Create a Zapier account and login to Zapier.
- Make a Zap with Xero as the trigger app and Mailchimp as the action app.
Note: It’s best practice to only have a single list in Mailchimp and then integrate your various software with the one Mailchimp list.
