Is the time in your Mailchimp account wrong? Learn how to set the correct time and date in Mailchimp.
If the timezone is set incorrectly in your Mailchimp account then reporting data related to times (such as open times) will be wrong in addition to scheduling timing issues (i.e. your scheduled email campaigns won’t send at the time you anticipated). Setting the correct timezone in Mailchimp is easy. Follow the instructions below.
To do:
- Log into Mailchimp.
- Click your name to the top right of the screen.
- Click Account.
- Click Settings then Details.
- Change the Time zone and click Save.
Note: Once set you won’t need to change the timezone again.
Hello,
If I set the automatic champagne on mail-chimp to go one day after someone subscribed at 5am, that means that the mail will be sent at 5am my time. but I wont that it is sent on their time 5 am so before they wake up ( in case they are on the other part of the world. how to fix that problem.
thank you
M
It isn’t possible in Automations to send at a defined time at the recipients timezone.
