I’ve been contacted by a few clients this morning with a Mailchimp problem; the person goes into Mailchimp to create a campaign (the email that is to be sent) and they select to send to a specific list segment but the usual segment drop-down doesn’t display.
This means that there is no way that the person can select a saved segment to send the EDM to.
People that have reported this problem to me all seem to be using either Microsoft Internet Explorer or Apple Safari browsers. These people have rebooted their computers, cleared browsers and tried many other things however haven’t solved the issue.
How to fix Mailchimp segments not showing
The simple fix to the segment problem is to install either Firefox, Opera or Google Chrome internet browsers and login to Mailchimp with these browsers. Your segments will appear once again and you’ll be sending your email marketing again in no time at all.
