Mailchimp provide personal email and online chat help and support for monthly subscriptions. Finding how to contact Mailchimp directly can be a bit hard to find.
If you have a monthly Mailchimp subscription then you have access to online chat and email support (there is no telephone support). When you view the various Mailchimp support articles you’ll notice the option to email or chat to Mailchimp at the end of the articles. There is however a much quicker means of accessing the support options:

- Go to https://mailchimp.com/support
- Scroll down the page and the contact options will be available.
Note: If you are on a free Mailchimp account, it is very inexpensive to get Mailchimp personal support.
