Identify Mailchimp duplicate contacts
Do you use multiple Mailchimp Audiences? You’ll likely have noticed that when a contact unsubscribes, Mailchimp only unsubscribes that person in a single Audience. Next time you send an email, you are likely contravening the Spam Act. Furthermore you pay Mailchimp for each contact in each Audience.
We’ll let you know which contacts are duplicated in your Audiences and whether the contact is unsubscribed in one or more Audience. This will help your legal compliance, and potentially reduce Mailchimp costs.

Discover numbers of emails received by contacts
If you’ve used Mailchimp for awhile or your needs are complex, you may have discovered that it is very difficult in Mailchimp to identify if contacts are receiving too many emails. Sending too many emails results in declining open and click rates.
We’ll identify how many emails each contact has received in any time period (e.g. the past month). This will help in discovering whether you are sending too many campaigns, if your Customer Journeys are too prolific and whether your segmentation is effective.
